- The agent isn't replying to new leads.
- Check the Setup tab - make sure Auto-reply is on (sidebar switch) and Thumbtack shows as connected under Businesses.
- How do I change what the agent says?
- Edit your services, pricing rules and tone under Profile - changes apply to the next reply immediately.
- How do I stop a specific lead's follow-ups?
- Open the lead under Leads and choose "Take over," or just send the customer a message yourself - either one stops the agent's automated replies on that lead.
- How do I pause the whole agent?
- Use the Auto-reply switch, or the service toggle on this Billing tab.
Maintenance
The assistant can check the app for problems and suggest fixes. Nothing changes until you press Approve. It can only turn auto-reply on or off, change the model name, or restart the app. For anything else it tells you what to do.
